Audience profile
Clothing
The clothing that my typical audience member would wear would be generally fashionable garments. They would follow the current fashion trends of 2019 and remain updated with the current styles.
My audience member would wear the clothes of a stereotypical pop music fan - these include;
- Tight high waisted jeans
- Crop tops
- Branded t-shirts/jumpers
- Leggings
My audience member would take part in many different leisure activities in their spare time, some of which a typical pop fan would do - these include;
- Attending concerts
- Listening to pop music
- Participating in sporting activities
Foods
The type of foods my audience member would eat would be a variety of healthy and unhealthy snacks. Usually they may eat healthy foods to ensure they look after their bodies, but can end up eating fast foods on a night out or after a concert etc. For example;
- Pasta
- Pizza
- Burgers (Mcdonald's/ Burger king/ KFC)
- Fizzy drinks
- Salads
- Fruit juices
VAL
My audience member would be usually an 'Experiencer' due to their young and impulsive behaviour. They would typically have low expectations of music and follow the most popular type.
However, my audience member could also be an 'Achiever'. This is because they seem to think image is important and chase after 'well known' brands, as well as music.
Young and Rubicam
My audience member would fall under 'The Mainstreamer' category. This is because pop music is the major mainstream genre - therefore, these people chase the popular things in life and enjoy everything other enjoy.
my audience also fall under the branch of 'The Aspirer'. This is because they are driven by others, therefore respond to what others perceive as acceptable, such as pop music.
Mosaic type
My audience will fit under 'Urban Intelligence' - Young educated people in urban areas starting out in life, includes significant ethnic minorities and students.
